Kimberley at Artist Resales Rights (@Bridgeman) has forwarded me your e-mail to her of 17 July outlining your 
proposals for the new Fleming Collection website.

The Willie Rodger Art Trust is willing to grant the Fleming Collection non-exclusive rights to reproduce 'Leaf Fall,' 
oil, 1995, by Willie Rodger, on its website, at no charge, on condition that it adheres strictly to the points set out 
in your above e-mail, and subject to the following additional requirements;

1. the work will be reproduced in full, uncropped and unaltered.
2. the work will be correctly titled, dated, and identified as being the work of Willie Rodger RSA RGI DUniv 
(1930-2018)
3. the credit line will acknowledge that reproduction has been granted courtesy of the Willie Rodger Art Trust 
(which holds and administers (c) in the work of Willie Rodger RSA RGI DUniv)
4. Whilst we do not anticipate any contrary response in the future should the Fleming Collection acquire more 
examples of Willie Rodger's work which it wishes to use in a similar manner, nonetheless the Willie Rodger Art 
Trust will expect the Fleming Collection to be courteous in seeking separate written permissions.

The Trustees wish the Fleming Collection a successful launch of its new website, and thanks it for making the 
effort to contact the Willie Rodger Art Trust to whom all future communications regarding the work of Willie 
Rodger RSA RGI DUniv should be addressed.
