Thanks for getting in touch. And yes, I’m very happy to give you permission to use an image of my work 
on your new website. With regards to credits, the work is obviously by me and the photograph will have

I hope you are well. My name is Brittany Harbidge, and I am the 
Collections and Website Manager for the Fleming Collection. The 
Fleming Collection has the finest collection of Scottish art outside 
museums and is a registered charity, which promotes Scottish art and 
creativity outside Scotland. We are launching a new website in the 
next few months, which will include our entire collection listed 
online for the first time. Each object will have its own individual 
record, and we are of course hoping to include as many images as 
possible. We have one work by yourself in the collection, which is 
listed on your CV, Handmade Geometry (No 2). 
 
I am therefore seeking you permission to use an image of this work on 
the website, and, if permission is granted, please could you let me 
know the correct credit line to use.  
 
We hope you look on our request favourably. As a lending collection, 
we are hoping our new website will open up the work of Scottish 
artists to a wider audience.
